Privacy

No tracking or advertising cookies, and we never sell data. The only cookie is your predictions on/off preference; your watchlist, followed teams and saved screens stay in your own browser, as do your score settings (hide scores, TV delay) (My Dossier sends your follow list only to build that page, and nothing about it is kept). If you send feedback we keep the message, the page you sent it from and, only if you give it, your email. Emails are erased after 90 days and messages after a year.

We store no IP address or visitor identifier. To learn how many people use the site and which pages and features get used, the page's own script sends one small same-site signal (a beacon) with the page's address on this site and the feature used; we keep only which section it was. What we keep are daily totals: page views by section, feature uses, how many distinct visitors, how many had visited before, and whether visits came from search, social or direct (the beacon reports only that kind: the referring address itself is never sent to us in it). Distinct visitors are counted with a temporary code held in memory that is replaced every day and never written down; our spam limits use a code of the same kind. "Visited before" is a yes/no flag your browser keeps for itself, with no identifier in it. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the signal is not sent at all. Known crawlers are counted apart, as bots.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which carries every request to us and so sees visitors' IP addresses under its own privacy policy. It passes the address on with each request; our server uses it only in memory for the spam limits above and never writes it down.
