Tyrese Haliburton's Indy returned was spoiled by a poor Pacers effort. To this point, it's effort that the Pacers need to address more than anything on either side of the ball:
Irving is out for Saturday's game against the Spurs due to rest, Christian Clark of The Athletic reports.

Sergio de Larrea: Drops 21 points in loss — De Larrea racked up 21 points (9-15 FG, 3-4 3Pt), five rebounds and four assists across 33 minutes in Saturday's 122-106 loss to the Spurs.
The Mavericks are now expected to soon rule out Kyrie Irving as well from tonight’s home opener … which would mean no Irving or Cooper Flagg for San Antonio’s visit.
